door sensor not showing in rules creator

I just added ecolink door sensor. It shows in my device manager but not in the rules creator.
I like this idea

No connection
Real-time notifications may not work

I have ecolink door / window sensors too which are not showing up in zipato rules creater ... they are showing in device manager only ...

The sensors should appear normally in the rule creator. If they don't, please open up a support ticket for us with the serial of your controller and we'll check it out in no time.
