WiFi with the Zipato IP Camera

I would like to know if other users have had problems getting the WiFi working with the Zipato IP Camera. All that I am told is that it should work, yet it will not.
Bottom line - I have problems with the WiFi and problems with the Snapshot (as I have stated earlier). Absolutely no resolution to either problem other than I am told it should work.
At this point I have complete lack of confidence in this product as well as complete lack of confidence in Zipato providing the necessary tech support. Please respond.
