zipato micromodule switch double control voltage at s1 s2 sockets

Hello
we are trying to use micromdule input signals to get alarm information from sensors but zipato micromodule doesn't react at all to relay output of the sensor. With multimeter i can confirm the sensor works and relay opens and closes properly. I see 220v on S1 but micromodule switch doesn't react to it. When i try to give 220v directly to S1 micromodule works properly and opens N1. How can we use this sensor and zipato micromodule switch together?
