Control hub won't factory reset

Hello,

I have an automated system via the Hauppauge kit - pretty much rebranded Zipato, photo attached.

My controller hub went off during the night and won't reset. The green LEDs on the side suggest it's getting power, but the white light on the front is off, and web interface says it's offline. I've changed network posts and cables, and tried solutions on this site and elsewhere, but can't find any support or detailed instructions for this particular model - particularly a diagram showing which is the reset button.

Any ideas?
