Need Answer

Hi

I bought a Neo Coolcam Power Plug Z-wave from AliExpress.

I got it to connect and manage to turn it on and off, but the consumption or voltage reports is not showing.

I found this online:

https://github.com/OpenZWave/open-zwave/pull/969/files

Is there anyway I can update this to get the consumption to work?

Thanks

contact support, only they can implement this

Refer the zwave alliance certificate. This way they should provide support without the need to send a physical product

I have the same wallplugs (several) and they work great.

You have to adjust your setting in the Module Manager to get the readings.

First of all select your device in the module manager and open it by clicking on it. Now dig a little deeper until you find your "meters". As you can see below I changed the names of the meters to my own liking.

Originally they have the names below:

Now open the configuration of each meter (click settings), give it a proper name, set type to "generic meter meter" and select the option to show it as a device. Now save your configuration and adjust the next meter.

Don't forget to synchronize (in fact I had to do this several times) and in the end you get the expected result:

Good luck

Hi,

I also have these sockets and I have a problem with measuring total consumption. Current power is 800W, curent amps 3,5A, current voltage 250V +/-, but cumulative consumption in the same time interval is only 0,4 kWh, it should be approximately 2 kWh. any ideas please?
