Zipato RFID Keypad works only in direct visibility

Hello!
I connected RFID keypad to Razberry(Z-Way) controller and the problem as I understand is in connection. Then keypad is connect through hops(2 or 3) then I press away button and arm the device controller "see" this commands and run defined scripts but keyboard starts blinking and beeping forever.
Then I do the same but near controller then everything works fine.
How to resolve this issue?
