NorthQ NQ-9021 Power meter not displaying current consumpton

I have a NorthQ NQ-9021 Power meter which is displaying total consumption, but not the current consumpton.
I have stated the pulse count, report period and offset with the total consumpton of the meter where the reader is installed.
I've tried to exclude and include the meter several times and also resetted the node.
Is it anyone with the NQ-9021 power meter who can view thier current consumption?
My Zipabox is running the latest FW.

The Zipato dashboard doesn't show current usage, just total consumption. The reason being is that the NorthQ device only sends its data every 60 mins by default. You could reduce the wakeup period but I think that will kill the batteries in the device.
Worse for me though is there is no way in the zipato dashboard to look at a chart of daily consumption. It just shows a running total so you cant even compare one day to the next. Its complete crap really
