ZME wallc-s not including anymore

Hi,
I can not include my wallc-s controller anymore. The device worked fine untill the latest zipabox firmware-upgrade. Any ideas?
The same problem

Update: i've been trying for hours now... the only thing i get is: MANUFACTURER_SPECIFIC_REPORT not received error.

Try to roll back the firmware to older one and see if it comes back. Then raise a ticket with support.

After many hours, now the wallc can be included, but it is recognized as 'unidentified basic wall controller'
It doesn't work anyway...

update: i now have a new wallc-2 controller and it give exact the same problems as the wall-c
Including following the normal way, results in finding the device and a time-out. An direct inclusion results in the error i mentioned before.
