connecting bulb2 to Fibaro HC2

Hello,
just bought a new Bulb2 from zipato.
Lamp is funcitoning but not connecting to Fibaro HC2.
Following the manual but no respons from lamp.
Trying to reset with the 6 times on fir0,2 / 2 sec methodologie.
No two flashes.
Nothing happens.
Lamp stays on after six switch
Is there an other method to connect lamp to HC2?
