Acces caméra KO wifi

Good evening, impossible to access the 2 camera from my zipatile, camera zipatile access KO and camera zipato plugged into ethernet also access KO. The zipatile is on my Wi-Fi network this one I specify does not meet any problem (surf ok on my computer) cable speed of 100 mega 5 in up. Access to the ethernet camera ok with ip from my computer. I made several reset of the zipatile but still access KO. This starts to be tiring the instability of the product. I wait for the usb in delivery to pass the zipatile ethernet. I sincerely hope that this will solve my fault, but I find it a shame not to be able to enjoy the wifi.message d'erreur "echec lancement streaming"
