Access to snapshot not working

Hi,
I configured a rule to take a picture with my Foscam FW9804, when the front door is opened. It looks like the pictures are taken, but I cannot access them. When clicking on them in the Camera files manager, It opens a new window, trying to load the picture. But nothing ever happens. Just clicking the snapshot function displays a snapshot. Anyone with an idea what I am doing wrong?
