Added Support for the Lightwave Doorbell LW2101

Would it be possible to add the Lightwave doorbell to the list of supported devices?

This device is not yet officially supported, but...
If I understand correctly, you have a button (transmitter) and bell (receiver). You may try to join your button as one of lightwave wall switches that are supported, and your bell as a single gang relay we support. If you join these successfully and it will react to commands, I may only have to write a proper descriptor for devices.
If it won't work, you will have to wait until we get the device.
Remember, you must have the latest beta firmware release running on your box.

Yeah, did try to include as another device, but no luck, it didn't respond to them.
