Adding an user to an existing alarm
Need Answer
Hi everyone,
I would like to add my wife to my main alarm system so that she can go home without firing it ...
I created her as an alarm user , defined her pin code..
When i go to the alarm i only can see myselft as user,
i can add devices to unlock/lock but nowhere can i add users...
Please help

please do synch and refresh, then you need to go to the alarm (as you wrote), on the last tab she should appear. Click on her name and you will need to enable all options you desire (guess all).

for me no user appears.... even after saving and sync.
