Adding phone number stucks

Hi,
I have received my new zipatile. Trying to install but failed with the phone number. After typing in my number (49171xxxyyy) and pressing <next> zipatile is processing and returning to the same screen. I could do this 100 times and nothing happens.
I have updated all apps, my current version is 1.1.38.
What is wrong?

This has happened numerous times to us. I recommend before trying to register a zipatile, to update everything via the app repo first.

Issue is still not solved after 3 months, are you guys comitted to developing this product further yes or no?
