Adjust temperature sensor

Hi,
most of the temperature sensors don't give the same or the real good value.
I have 4 oregon 122N before me, with the values : 20.9° 21.8°, 20.4° and 21.1°.
So, just has you did for the thermostat, could it be possible to add or remove some number of the value of the temperatures given to adjust them ?
