I've got the 2E version (DSB28).

I've installed it properly and got it resetted before including it.


The unit seems to record correct numbers and so on but the chart doesn´t show up. Either in the App (imperihome) or at my.zipato.com.

I like to see cumulative day and aswell month, and I like to see the chart for the last 24H.

What do I do?

Hello Adrian,


the reason could be that you don't have enough events to create a chart for the entire day/month, since not all events are stored and new events will overwrite the old ones. If you see the chart for 1h but you can't open a chat 1d and 1m then this is the case. If you buy a Premium plan you will get 1GB of cloud storage for history data and camera recordings.

This isnt "solved". The unit has atleast 30h of data before trying to reset it again. The chart doesnt show up at all.

The solution on a "fully supported" device and This problem cant be The neccesity of buying aditional service. The its back to The store

I examined your system when you posted this issue so Im pretty sure this is the problem, please check the pic in attachment. You can open a Ticket at support.zipato.com and we will look into this. Just please make sure your Box is Online and that the device is joined.

Adrian, do not buy premium level for the charts of the energy meter because this is not going to work. I paid 99 euro to retrieve my energy meter, but without result. I lost money and time unnecessarily.
