I've got the 2E version (DSB28).
I've installed it properly and got it resetted before including it.
The unit seems to record correct numbers and so on but the chart doesn´t show up. Either in the App (imperihome) or at my.zipato.com.
I like to see cumulative day and aswell month, and I like to see the chart for the last 24H.
What do I do?

Hello Adrian,
the reason could be that you don't have enough events to create a chart for the entire day/month, since not all events are stored and new events will overwrite the old ones. If you see the chart for 1h but you can't open a chat 1d and 1m then this is the case. If you buy a Premium plan you will get 1GB of cloud storage for history data and camera recordings.
