Aeon Labs DSB05 not working

I just bought this device. The motion is working, but temperature, humidity, and luminance are still not working.

I tried this three times:

try to remove it first by using REMOVE DEVICE and than ADD DEVICE again. After joining the device, SYNC the box and restart it.

I'm really disappointed, it isn't the first time I buy a device known as compatible with the zipabox wich doesn't work fully...

I hope it will be ok as soon as possible...
