AEON Labs mutltisensor offline after replacing battery

Hi,
my AEONLabs mutlisensor is remaining offline after replacing battery. I tried to push the little black button on the multisensor but without success.
Do you know what to do?

Pressing that button should do the trick. Are batteries correctly positioned? Try remove battery, reinstall, and then press the button only once. There has been lot of problems with settings of all Aeon devices, if it still doesn't appear, try to "re-apply device descriptors" in device manager and do previous again.
