Aeotec Smart Switch 6

Has anyone had recent issues with Aeotec Smart 6 Switch? I have 5 of these switches connected to my Zipabox that worked perfectly for many months but a few weeks back a couple of them starting going offline (and are now permanently offline). Logged a ticket with support and after removing and re-installing all 5 devices, still no fix(also upgraded to FW1.0.17 as part of this process). Latest suggestion is a range / communication issue which I dont understand when the switches that arent working are closer to the box than the 3 that are working. Current suggestion is to buy more zwave devices which I'm not keen on if I cant get existing ones working!

I just wanted to note that this issue now appears resolved - it was a range / device issue rather than a problem with the Zipabox or firmware etc. Thanks very much to Zipato support and Adrian from LiteAutomation for their assistance in sorting this problem out.
