After Reset, new Setup, no possibility to skip or put a phone number

Unfortunately I have tried updating the firmware in the meantime

and much worse probably made a mistake, which is why I called the Zipatile

had to reset.

Now I have to perform the setup again and I am entering my phone number, this can not be entered and confirm, no matter how I enter.

If I skip the entry, I get the message that the setup has not been completed.


What can I do now?


I can not register now under my.zipato.com, there I also get the information that the setup is not complete.


I hope for quick help and feedback, because currently nothing can be switched and regulated.

I have exactly same issue. did a master reset and now I cant complete setup and nothing to tell me how to complete it!! This is soo frustrating! Feel like dumping this piece of crap in the bin. Worst ever device I invested in.

HI Andy, did you called Zipato or your dealer provider? Can you explain what was your issue since it looks like a lot of people have the same problem. Thank you much appreciated.

I got it working by doing a new master reset and just pressing next when prompted for phone number. Then you can add it later
