Alarm always armed as problem
Solved
i setup a virtual alarm with 2 zones ( fire - water leak )
and tick the always armed ...and used siren as siren ....
but after a flood the state of alarm still stay on tripped and and the siren does not sound
The same problem 
No connection
Real-time notifications may not work
