Alarm: Establishing secure connection...not working unless local login

Arming the alarm on zipabox1 does not work. Had to logout and login locally to arm.
Establishing secure connection just hangs and timeout after a while.
Thank god for the local login, but annoying just the same.
Everything else seems to be working fine.
