Alarm is not working

Under Consideration

I make rule if my multi sensor register motion that my light turn on. If that rule is on when i start alarm which is configure that my lights blinking after same multisensor register motion, alarm blinking is not working. I am not sure but i think that rule is in front of alarm and lights get on. In this case Alarm should be in front of all rule.
