Alarm settings misalignment
Hi, yesterday I just started setting alarms from the web settings for my Zipatile console. Once finished and synchronized I tried to use them and they seems working regularly.
From the local device point of view I faced a strange behavior that makes Alarms unuseful at all. The customer interface shows the old Alarms (new added or deleted not taken into consideration at all!). Always from the local device, into the device settings under the virtual area, the alarms listed are aligned with the web console!
So, the misalignment is just at the local device level between the customer interface page (with the wrong list of alarms) and the device settings page (with the right updated ones).
Does anybody have any idea or faced the same behavior?
Please, comments and help appreciated since the units is unusable from Alarms point of view with this strong limitation.
Thanks and Regards
I forgot to say that of course syncronizing and rebooting does not change che situation at all...

Vincenzo,
I'm not sure that I understand you correctly. What you are saying is that if you make changes on the Alarm in throught the Web Interface, after you synced and even rebooted these changes don't get reflected on the Zipato App (using your phone, tablet or Zipatile)?
Can you provide some screen captures?

I think I understand. I have different states in web UI and on zipatile. Like the cloud is not syncing the data from controller. Perhaps the cloud is overloaded.

I also think this could be related to Zipato server issues we have been experiencing lately (if I underderstood correctly).

Hi Attila, you are almost right. The problem is that from Zipatile there is a mismatch between the main User Interface (I mean where you arm or disarm it) and the device settings page (where you configure any device). The results is that from the Zipatile you can see the right configuration in the settings but you cannot use since it is not updated into the User Interface page. From the web console point of view no problems, it's all aligned and seems to work regularly.
Regards and thanks,
Vincenzo

Macias thanks, I don't think so since this is the Zipatile hardware that is "misaligned with itself". The device configuration area is aligned but the customer interface area has the old configuration on...

I see that the tile is aligned. When you open the menu you have blue means local connection. Green is remote.

Yes, the tile is now aligned. I just tried again and again rebooting and syncing and rebooting and upgrading and syncing... probably the upgrade to the last beta worked. But what do you exactly mean when you write "When you open the menu you have blue means local connection. Green is remote"? Where to check this?

Open the menu in the app. On the left of your zipatile name is a ON either in green or.blue.
