Alarmstatus Android APP not working

The alarmstatus in the Android APP is not indicated correctly anymore. I arm the alarm Home or Away but the APP keeps indicating "disarmed". Although the alarm is armed. Never had this before.
Anyone else has this ?

It's not only on the app, it's on the web GUI as well. Interesting though is that the event log shows armed (eventually succeeding after a bunch of fails).
In addition security zones show NOT READY meanwhile sensor status show otherwise. I have 2 Zipatile at different locations with same behaviour, so this is not a local controller issue (FW 1.3.61j).

Some systems were affected by recent changes on the backend and they were having random issue while trying to control Virtual alarms. It should be working now.
