All Devices are offline

I have figured that when there is a power cut in my room, all devices are offline and they won't receive any commands! Every time I cut the power of Dimmer or RGBW controller, they are offline for about 10 minutes and nothing happens even by pressing the B button
how we can fix the offline devices and get them online

You can perform a network heal. Log into your zipabox, click on settings (gear icon) look for the network heal option and hit start. Your devices connected to power should come right up, for battery powered devices you have to click three times the B button usually so they "wake up".

The problem is every time there is a power outage in the home all of devices except battery powered goes offline. It is very ridicules if we need to do something like network heal and make them online after this!

I have had multiple power outages for my whole house the last couple of months, but I have never had any of these errors. I have a combination of battery powered and "line-powered" z-wave devices.

You mean when you re connect the power line the devices are online immediately? Mine are having problem with it and network heal cannot fix it. I don't know what to do
