Hello. Since updating my samsung s10 with android 10, the zipato app no longer works.

We wife has a mate20 pro with Android 10 and the app works. Do you have already try to deinstall and install again?

Which app v2 or v3? Can you share a screenshot of the error message?

I don't have an error message, but it makes planter the phone.

Ah OK I had the same problem one time. It's important that after you deinstall the app that you make a restart of the cellphone before you install the app again.

My Samsung Galaxy S10 is also upgraded to Android 10.After the update Android reported that the Zipato App (V3 is for most not yet an Option) that the Zipato App is written for an older Android and some features might not properly work. Indeed I had some issues with devices not updating the status in the App - but as the same unfortunately held true for the Zipatile itself I suspect it was some of the too frequent server issues. Now it seems working - however I'm using ImperiHome and the Zipato App only frequently for some special stuff.

Hopefully once there will be still an update for the "V2" app or the migration to V3 works seamlessly.Raffael
