I haven't been able to synchronise rules since last night.

I always synchronise with the API and a long timeout, btw

I get:


"success": false,

"error": "app failed",


So it's not a timeout.

had the same issue.opened a ticket and it was solved.

as usual zipato support provided good and fast service.

But as usual too , they do not explain what the problem was...
