Are tickets only answered during business hours or do I need to buy "pro" to get support?

I just got my Zipabox yesterday and I have run into some issues getting it set up. My zigbee module has completely stopped working and my Philips Hue devices only half work. I submitted a few tickets yesterday but I have not seen any replies yet despite the support page saying "4-hour response times".


Are tickets only answered during monday-friday business hours?

Do I have to be a "pro" subscriber to get support? The "pro" features/support is very unclear.

Ok my tickets are being answered now. It seems Zipato support only answers during mon-fri. That is fine! It is just not made clear on the website. Perhaps the support page should provide a little more detail about when support is available.

They usually answer quickly from Monday to Friday during bussiness hours (Croatia time).

My experience is that tickets are being responded to in a timely manner. Not necessarily immediately, but things are getting taken care of.

MI ahve the same experience as Robert Hercz. Zipato is quite responsive in week days / business Hours (european ones...).


Now, I remeber getting tickets taken care off during weekends when I tegged them "urgent".

In addition, zipato team uses "support" in their "pro" description is a very strage manner. this is what "support" means for zipato i nthe pro version : "1 year support and upraged means that you will upgrade whenever you want in the period of one year". I understand that the "upgrade" is for new features they add to the box. so, in other words, "support" in the "pro" description is not linked to the "tickets management". to my opinion it is a very confusing way of using the word "support"
