Battery status Z-Wave devices

Need Answer

Yesterday a smoke detector makes noise. I look into the Zipato device manager and see that the smoke detector has 100% battery status. (Every z-wave devices has 100% battery status, except the zipato rfid mini keypad which shows me 72%)

I get the battery out of the detector and check it. 8V !

In this morning another smoke detector shows me that the battery is low. But in the Zipato device manager it shows 100% ????

How can I get the correctly battery status? I thinks that`s one of the main z.wave features!

Hello Guido,

Zipabox is displaying the last battery status which he receives from the device. Your issue maybe connected with the device or even battery used in device.
