Hello

my box is constantly flashing blue.

I think she can not find my gateway to the internet.

I have three different gateways on my network.

When the led is flashing blue, it means that box is booting or it got stuck. It may happen that you were upgrading the box and it is having a hard time now to download the firmware. Maybe you should try the "hard reset" procedure.

OK

but if I do a "hard reset"

Are I going to lose all associations with my modules?

@jeanluc25, have you pressed the small button next to the power plug?

Jeanluc,

If the LED is always flashing blue it is stuck on a reboot loop, it might be a problem if you tried to load a different firmware and didn't work or if your cache is full due errors on rules, the only way out is to perform a "hard reset" by pressing the reset button on your box, look for invalid rules ("not always an invalid rule is automatically detected as invalid, look at your rules one by one), if you renamed a device make sure the name is updated in all rules, if not, remove the device from the rule and pull it again from the device list.

That has happened to me before and it's still under investigation, in my case I have over 150 rules and many devices and looks like there is a problem (that neither support or myself have been able to identify) in any of my rules that creates a dump and overflows the controller's cache, which causes it to reboot itself and getting stuck.
