bypass buttons alarm keeps coming back after refresh website and alarm stays not ready

Hello,
I was busy with my alarm. to start with the first problem:
the alarm keeps saying not ready.
used basic settings, and turned of the bypass buttons.
If I press the save button the motion sensor goes into ready state. but after a F5 refresh of the website. and entered the pin code of the alarm, it goes back to not ready. AND the bypass buttons are back.

How can it be the alarm keeps saying not ready. when the motion sensor is at no motion state.
And why are the bypass buttons coming back when they should be hidden?
