I have no idea. If you get no response it means nearly noone else tried it. This case you can open a ticket and ask support whether this feature can be used somehow and what you would want to achieve.

I dont think you can, Zipato is a closed platform in that matter. If the device is the same frecuency it should be recognized and you can add custom parameter settings which may not be recognized, but there is no way to alter the descriptor, only Zipato can do that and as Attila mentions, you can create a ticket and ask them directly at https://support.zipato.com/
