Can not add devices

Hi there,
since a while i having the problem to add new devices. When i try to the exclussion process fail all the time. I`ve tried to reset the box but the problem still exists.
currently i have 42 devices added to the box and the devices limit is set to "unlimited".
Any ideas how to proceed?
