Cannot arm or disarm the alarm

Solved

I cannot arm or disarm the alarm. The app is not responsive and after entering the code, the alarm is not set, there is no error message. Using the webapp, I get a message after entering the code, that a secure session cannot be established.

I continue to have problems with the alarm. When I set the alarm, the alarm is armed, but the app shows "disarmed". I cannot disarm the alarm from the app, only from a laptop. So now everytime I enter the premesis, the alarm is triggered. Please help

Me too. The IOS app is unstable both in changing arm state but also in accurately display current state. The GUI freezes and shows last known state but it's no good if the info is minutes old...

These glitches are the only reasons not to go full scale with the otherwise excellent alarm.

The app won't update for me if its been open for more than a few minutes. I've tried turning on background app refresh, but that doesn't help either. I have to kill the app, re-open it and wait about 10 seconds for it to open, connect and refresh.

The HAI systems I sell refresh in under a second. We were testing the Zipato as a complementary product offering, but it's a nightmare. I can't, with any conscience, sell it to anyone in its current state.

I've had mind for 2 months and seem to need a support ticket to do anything.

Try downgrading to 999.6. I had the same issues, and had some devices go offline from time to time. The only thing that solved it was downgrading to "previous" version.

Thanks "Naarz"

Going to the "OLD VERSION" help me to control the Alarm.

But it's still impossible to do it through the latest version

Hi,

I have the same issue but can't downgrade due to 433MHz devices.

How can it be solved??

Thanks

just use the official firmware version. It doesn't have known problems with arming/disarming. If the problem persist, contact support at support@zipato.com
