Cannot operate philio 08 from VeraEdge interface

Hi,
I bought Philio08 for my roller shutter switch and I want to control it from my VeraEdge gateway.
I Installed Philio08 on the switch in the wall and I can operate my blind in the regular way from the switch.
The Philio08 was detected by my VeraEdge gateway and I can see it in Vera's application/web browser with a nice user interface to operate it (buttons and a slider), so I assume that the installation is correct.
BUT, when I try to click the buttons in the application I can only hear a 'tick' noise from Philio08 and nothing happens. The blind wouldn't go up or down
What am I missing here ?

You will need to contact Philio with regards to this, it sounds a module issue not a Zipato issue. Especailly as you are using a Vera controller.
Also have you set the limits of the module, has it gone through the configuration process?
