Cannot Save the configuration of device

I am going to change the zwave devices configuration and when I want to save the setting, nothing happens! even I synchronize the zipabox but the settings are the same as before

Hello Navid,


please reboot the Box and try again. If the issue persits please open a Ticket at support.zipato.com and provide us with the serial number of your Zipabox, exact model and name of the problematic device in your Device manager.
