Can't exclude Zipato Keypad

I'm having problem excluding my keypad from the z-wave network.
I've tried the procedure several times already without success.
Now it blinks all the time and all the buttons have no effect.
Is there a way to do a factory reset so I can include it again ?

After my Controller broke I'm now facing the same problem. Im not able to include the Keypad to the new Controller... This is very bad because the Keypad is expensive and currently useless...
