Cant include or exclude Z-wave and gets this message

Use the web UI. Go to device manager and next to the Zwave network you have the small gear sign. Click on that and click on remove node. Once the process started, simply start the exclude procedure on the device and the device will be deleted.

Dosen't work, have tried on the app on the zipatile and web...

I have now done a master reset and now it says network not availible when i try ading Z-wave

There is an API call that might fix this but i dont remember which option is that. Raise a support ticket.
