hello, i have a zipato for a friend, and i send 2 emails to change the owner 3 weeks ago and i continue waiting
The same problem 
No connection
Real-time notifications may not work
I try to do the steps but alwais put fail to clear owner. i send the email from my email mor******@gmail.com with the owner email, pasword and serial number, i need to send form my friends email or i can send someone from mines
