Change user without delete devices/rules

How do i change user (a new person took over my apartment), and everything should still work. Not delete devices/rules.
Is it just to "CLEAR OWNER" under Controller settings, and then all my contact information will be deleted, and new owner make a new user in the login screen, and still have everything working?
