cleverdog cam can't connect with Zipato

hello everybody, this is my first topic that I start.
I want to install an IP cam (model dog-2w).
Is this camera's compatibel with Zipato....???
I know it's IP adres, but if I want to include a new IP cam, it don't see the camera.
Who can help me...???
