Cloud very slow and bad status devices

When arming / disarming a partition the update of dashboard via the cloud is extremely slow.

Apparently still a link problem with the cloud.

Also some devices with bad status !

This problem is it noticed by other users?

I'm unable to connect to mine as well. Can't we make this thing so it can be accessed directly? The servers are down more than any other service I've ever used.

One of servers was too slow few times today. We have restart it, and we are monitoring it now. Rest of them are working normally.

Thanks....but as you didn't inform your customers a lot of us waste time to search the causes locally.

That is, understand it, hardly bearable : I have wasted time and unecessarily opened a ticket again.

Problems with yours servers was already present yesterday.

You must share your technical incidents.............................
