Cluster and attributes Zipatile 2 issues

Picture below shows a boxwith red and yellow
I am told to use the yellow attributes as the red dont work with the alarm.
I have copies all the settings an admin did but I can not get the same item in a nother device to move up in the list (yellow is below the red)
How do I do this?

I do struggle due to the new Zipatile 2 having issues with the sensors.
I do know how to set up a sensor to use in the alarm....but the Zipatile 2 struggles to do so.
I have a Zipatile 1 that functions fine except for the constant reboots that started after one of the Zipatile updates.
So it isnt be being an idiot...it is lack of description on how to fix thew issue that the above rep did and I have asked multiple times for a detailed walkthrough.
Feel free to speak with Darijo and possibly join the private message I wait for sometimes days for replys.

It is a window/door sensor
I can add to system.
I cant get to work in alarm due to the attributes as noted above not being the correct ones chosen. I choose the ones as noted above and it still doesnt work. Darijo has worked on this issue just doesnt give clear details on how to fix.

So you have struggle to use this sensor in your alarm? Do you know how to set up a door sensor as alarm zone?

Ok. Thanks for clarification. Well, than we will not be able to help as Im unsure, who actually has a Zipatile 2. It is not yet released officially. Therefore we (i guess the community) have never experience the problem you trying to resolve.

I have a Zipatile 2...bought from a dealer in the states.
Darijo has resolved the sensor issues before just will not give an explanation on how to do so.
This is a simple communication issue. I need answers on how to resolve the issue so your team doesnt have to do each time and I cant get that....so I am frustrated yes.
