Configuring control events for Alarm HOME/AWAY
I'm trying to configure control events from my Yale Lock to disarm my security system. When I go to configuration on the alarm, under the users tab I see I have the hability to configure four actions for each user added into Zipabox.
Yale locks provide two control events per password configured (HOME/AWAY), but in the alarm there is only one available configuration to disarm the alarm. This means I can only disarm my system when its armed HOME or AWAY not both (which doesn't make sense), then I noticed I could add more devices per every user, I tried to add another one and configure it with the same device but different event to disarm and save, the problem is everytime the second event for an existing device added gets deleted.
How can I quick disarm my alarm using the same pin code for both AWAY / HOME mode. Thanks for your help.
Just in case someone gets confused same as me, I would like to share the outcome of this after tests and opening a ticked with zipato support (solved).
The lock events shall not be confused with the alarm arm HOME/AWAY event. The lock event, for example, "AM1_CerrojoEPrinc_HOME" is triggered when the lock is locked and the user AM1 punches the correct code to unlock the doorlock, to me would be better called "unlock" instead of "home". "AM1_CerrojoEPrinc_AWAY" is triggered when the user AM1 punces the correct code to lock the doorlock (it does not trigger if you have the "Quick Lock" function enabled in the doorlock.
