Copy / Export / Import Rules

It would be very nice if we could export and import our rules, or even just copy one rule to start another one taking the first one as template, this would make so much easier to create rules, also it could be a way to "backup" your working rules.

You can copy a rule to start a new. Open a rule, add a new "when" block. Click and drag everything from the old rule to the new when block, click save on the new rule.
