Creating rules for locks

I'm at a loss to understand how to create rules with deadbolt lock user codes. It was something I easily had configured when I had it attached to a Vera 2. What I want to do is very simple. When the user code associated with my cleaning service unlocks the door, I'd like to have the system send me an email.

Today I added my Schlage BE369 deadbolt to the system. For lack of any useful documentation I could find, I used the guides written for the Vera for excluding and adding the lock to the Zipabox. It worked as best I could tell. I then configured the "User Codes" using the configuration tab to specify 8 different slots which are named the same as the 8 different users with different pin codes I previously configured when it was attached to a Vera 2. Since I'm currently the only "User", I chose my name for that field. Just to be certain, I changed the PIN for each slot to match what it was when on the Vera 2. The status then changed to "occupied". Tested the PIN codes on the actual lock and they work. I don't see any access to these slots in the programming section. Either the Zipabox can't do something simple the Vera 2 did many years ago, or I've got something setup wrong or don't understand how this should work. Any help would be appreciated.

are you getting status feedback from the lock? For example, if you manually unlock the door, do you see status changing in zipa interface?

Attached are some screen captures from the app. It does appear that status is being sent from the lock based on the event list. What I don't see is any detail as to which event slot (user pin) unlocked or locked the door.

Before changing the settings make sure you contact the locksmith as they can change it in a professional way.
