Creating time rules

Hi
was wondering if anyone can show me how to create a rule so at 7:15am my blinds will go up until 9pm then they go back down again?

You could also add sunrise and sunset so that the blinds only open if it isn´t dark outside. I use a similar rule to start my chrismas decoration. It goes on at 6:00 am (only if it is dark outside) and off 20 min after sunrise. (the second scheduler is not important for your purpose, it only starts the lighting 20 min before sunset and shuts off at 23:00.
The virtual switch is used in many of my rules, so many motion activated switches only work between 20 min before sunset until 20 min after sunrise.
