Danfoss device offline but reporting online....

Solved

One of my Danfoss valve is offline since 5 days, but the dashboard is reporting as online.

This morning I pushed the button on the Danfoss valve but nothing happens, so I discovered that the batteries was completely off.

On the Event widget the last reported event is on 16/04 and on the General widget all the devces ar Online.. see attached screenshot.
