Devices go back to original names

I have been adding numerous fibaro dimmers today, and every time I change a name, save, sync, then add another device. And after a time the devices go back to their default names. Why? I can't work this out, is it a Fibaro dimmer thing, because double and single relays are fine?

It is definitely strange. I had similar experience with my qubino PWM thermostat (BTW it is not fully supported yet). When included it shows correctly, however the config does not work. After i tried configure node option, it changed the name to Qubino dimmer wall switch

I'm having same problem with Z-wave devices. As soon as I add new device I loose all setting on devices that was entered before. Im going crazy, I tried everything . Customer support was no help. I tried PC, Mac and Iphone same result,
I just dont know what to do. This is a short video how device gets to generic settings as soon as new device is added. Will Zipato do anything about it ?

I have also submitted a ticket - the Aeotec Smart Switch 6 devices all seem to not only lose their device names but in fact do a "factory reset" (eg. devices previously hidden and configurations made are lost each time a new device is added). The same appears to happen with the Aeotec Garage Door Controller.

This issue is sometimes happening with devices which don't have desriptors. We have just updated the system in order to fix this issue, so please giva us a feedback if the problem still persist.
